I’m feeling the need to get creative and I want you to join me. No experience necessary. Any art mediums are welcome. (I’ll be doing mixed media collage! Some folks are doing clay, poetry, watercolor, spoken word, drawing with pencil and paper, colored pencils, writing… and more!)
We will “Gather” on our own time and real-time via zoom. July 1-15th Details below.

I hope this opportunity to gather in community helps you practice the three Body Kindness pillars — Love, Connect, Care — with many “spiral ups” throughout this time together.
Steps to Sign Up and Participate
1. Sign up for my FREE Body Kindness Insider club.
This will help you get familiar with the practice of Body Kindness, which you may find helpful inspiration throughout the art project. You can unsubscribe at any time. I usually only e-mail 1-2 times a month and it’s always related to ways you can practice Body Kindness in your life.
2. If you’re already an Insider, or if you’re new, join us in my FREE Facebook group.
This is the main place we will gather to connect and share our art ideas, reflections, and progress on our own time. I’ll have threads and prompts including project ideas, materials, and more. There’s already folks at various levels of art experience ready to share and help make it fun.
We will also share our IG handles for those who want to share their work progress and experience more publicly. Y’all can form some new connections and friendships.
If you are not on Facebook and still want to participate, you can gather in any of our LIVE zoom art work time and chats. I’ll do my best to keep you updated with prompts for reflection and art on your own through the member e-mails you signed up for above.
3. Register for the live gatherings on Zoom.
We will gather Wednesdays July 1, 8, and 15th for those who are available for connecting in real life, sharing progress, reflections, and doing the art. These gatherings will be from 12:15-12:50 p.m. ET.
I recommend you have a meal or snack before starting or bring food to enjoy for some energy before we dive in. Grab your materials. Login and start your art. I’ll let you in by 12:15 p.m. so we can share creative time. If I’m ready between 12-12:15 p.m. I will open the group early for chit-chat.
We will start 12:15 p.m. with some mindful grounding activity before we work on our art.
If you have children and they will be around during our live art time, any ages are welcome, please just let me know so I can welcome them to the live group when we start.
All are welcome, even if you are brand new to Body Kindness. You can tap in to creative energy and your inner caregiver, “spiral up” with new folks you meet, and importantly, connect to others through art, community, and conversation.
